It's 350 square feet, perfect for us as we both work in IT and spend most of the day at the office. The price at 11.38 Lakh is very reasonable, leaving us some budget for furnishing. We liked that it's ready to move, so no waiting. The developer, Ashoka Realty, has included amenities like storm water drains and a sewage treatment plant, which are essential. The biggest plus is Wisdom High International School being nearby, even though we don't have kids yet, it’s good for future planning and shows the area is developing well. Parking is open, which is fine for our one car.

The only slight downside is the dust from nearby undeveloped plots, but we are managing. Overall, it's a decent place for families starting out.

The landscaping is also quite pleasant. My only small worry is that the OC is not available yet, which makes getting a home loan a bit tricky, but the builder assured me it's being processed. The price of 11.38 Lakh was the deciding factor for me.
