    We were looking for a place close to schools for our children. Wisdom High International School being close to Ashoka Kalpataru was a major deciding factor. We purchased a 1 BHK with a carpet area of 350 Sq.ft. The overall community feels safe, being a gated community with paved compound. The recreation facilities are also a plus for the kids. We moved in recently and the place is ready to move, which was perfect. The Satpur Colony Bus Stop is a short distance, making commutes manageable. One thing we noticed is that the roads around the area can get a bit dusty during dry weather, but it's not a major issue.

I got a 1 RK with a carpet area of 2968 Sq.ft which is surprisingly large for this configuration. The location in Medage Nagar, Ashoknagar is decent. It's a gated community which adds to the security. The main thing I liked was the 24X7 water supply, which is crucial. There's also landscaping and tree planting which makes the place feel nice. My only slight worry is the parking situation, it's mostly open and I'm not sure how that will work out long term.
