After retirement, I was looking for a peaceful place in Vadodara. Ashish Omkara Residency seemed like a good option. I bought a 2 BHK apartment of 1075 Sq.ft. The project was completed by Sai Ashish Developeback in July 2014. It's ready to move in, which was convenient. The proximity to Sterling Hospitals on Race Coue Road is excellent, nearby, which is a big plus for medical access. The area is generally quiet, though sometimes there is some dust from nearby construction. The price was reasonable for the space provided, around 24 Lakhs. The lift is functional and a necessity for anyone my age.

It cost us about 46 Lakhs. The project by Sai Ashish Developewas completed in July 2014 and is ready for immediate occupation. The proximity to Eugene Dwar (0 KM) and Prakruti Resort (1.5 km) is nice for weekend outings. While the apartment is large, the road leading to the project can be a bit dusty at times, especially during construction season. However, the presence of a children's play area makes up for it. The lifts are always working.

I chose a 2 BHK apartment measuring 1075 Sq.ft. It was ready to move in since July 2014, built by Sai Ashish DevelopeThe price was about 23 Lakhs, which fit my relocation budget. The apartment is well-designed with good ventilation. My only minor gripe is that parking can be a little tight if you have a larger vehicle. Otherwise, the location and the building itself are quite satisfactory for a doctor's needs.
