The project is ready to move in, so they can settle in quickly. The developer, Ashirwad Associates, has included essential amenities like 24x7 water supply and a fire fighting system, which are important for my parents' comfort and safety. The only downside is that parking can be a bit challenging if you have multiple vehicles.

We visited the site last week and the construction seems solid. The amenities like the children's play area and landscaping look nice. My only small worry is the traffic during peak houon the main road. But overall, it seems like a decent purchase.

The main issue I'm facing is the dust from nearby construction sites, which is quite noticeable, especially during dry weather. The internal roads are also not very wide. Still, it’s a functional space for now.
