    We chose Ashirwad Enclave because of its proximity to Jyothy Kendriya Vidyalaya, which is literally right next door. We got a 3 BHK flat with a built-up area of 1160 sq.ft. Our budget was around 1 Crore. The apartment is spacious enough for our family. JP Nagar Phase 7 is a good locality with decent connectivity. The Konanakunte Cross Metro Station is nearby, which is manageable. The builder, Ashirwad Developer, delivered the project by August 2017 and it is ready to move in. We are happy with the space and the location for our children's schooling needs. Parking isn't too bad either.
