We purchased a 3 BHK flat measuring 1330 Sq.ft in Ashirbad Parashmani. The location in Nayabad offedecent connectivity, with EM Bypass being nearby. It's a ready-to-move property completed in March 2024. The price point of approximately 57.19 L felt a bit on the higher side considering the immediate road access isn't the best – you have to navigate a slightly less developed lane for a short distance. However, the inclusion of car parking and essential 24x7 security adds value. The developer, Ashirbad Reality Private Limited, seems to have a decent track record. We are evaluating the utility of the lifts and overall building maintenance.

We just moved into Ashirbad Parashmani and the kids are already loving the space. The 3 BHK flat is quite large, we got the 1330 Sq.ft one. It is convenient for us because TECHNO INDIA GROUP PUBLIC SCHOOL GARIA is only nearby, which means a much shorter commute for them. The Narayana Hospital is also very close by, nearby. The 24x7 security is a big plus for peace of mind. Parking is available, which is essential for our car. The main roads like EM Bypass are accessible within nearby, but the immediate access road can be a bit narrow and dusty during construction phases nearby. Overall, it's a good neighborhood for families.

I am buying this flat for my parents who are living in Kolkata. I chose Ashirbad Parashmani because it is ready to move and located in Nayabad. My parents wanted a comfortable 3 BHK, and the 1332 Sq.ft built-up area should be perfect. It's good that the TECHNO INDIA GROUP PUBLIC SCHOOL GARIA is nearby, as my younger cousins live close and might visit. The price was around 57.2 L, which seemed reasonable for the area and amenities provided, including car parking and lifts. I have instructed Ashirbad Reality Private Limited to ensure all necessary paperwork is in order. The 24x7 security is also a key factor for my parents' safety.

After retiring, I was looking for a quiet place in Kolkata. Ashirbad Parashmani seemed like a good option. The flat size, 1332 Sq.ft, is comfortable for my needs. It is ready to move, which was important as I did not want to wait for construction. The location in Nayabad is relatively peaceful compared to the city center. While it's not right next to the metro, the Jyotirindra Nandi Metro Station is nearby, which is manageable. The car parking is adequate. My only minor concern is the lack of readily available information on OC received, which I hope Ashirbad Reality Private Limited addresses soon. The building has lifts which are useful.

The building provides essential amenities like lifts and 24x7 security. The price range of 57.19 L to 57.28 L was within my budget for a property of this size and location. I am looking forward to settling in.
