The project by Ascent Buildtech offe3 BHK apartments ranging up to 1777 sq.ft built up, perfect for my family. I appreciate the focus on eco-conscious living with rainwater harvesting and landscaping. The price point, starting at around 49.34 Lakh, is competitive for the area. Balmukand Park is also very close, just 500m away, which is good for evening walks. The gated complex with parking offegood security. It's ready to move in, which simplified my relocation process.

After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place. Ascent Savy Ville De has nice landscaping and tree planting, and a flower garden which is very calming. The 2 BHK apartment size is 985 sq.ft built up, which is comfortable for me and my wife. It’s also Vastu compliant, which we prefer. The price was around 49.34 Lakh, which seemed reasonable. A minor drawback is that the Hindon River Metro Station is nearby, so public transport isn't immediately at the dootep. However, it is a gated complex with parking, offering security and peace of mind. Ascent Buildtech provided a decent living space.

The only downside is the dust from nearby construction, which is common in developing areas but still a bit botheome.
