The location is excellent for us; Kendriya Vidyalaya (Malleshwara) is just nearby, making school runs very easy. Manipal Hospital is also close by, which gives us peace of mind. The plots are ready to move in since April 2014. The price point was acceptable, falling between 4.79 Lakhs and 5.99 Lakhs. My husband liked the ample space provided by the 1500 Sq.ft plot. The only downside is that the amenities list is not very extensive, but we were primarily looking for a plot near good schools.
