    Bought AS Luxury Floor 8 for my parents who are living in Gurgaon. They wanted a spacious home in a well-connected area. This 4 BHK builder floor in Palam Vihar seemed perfect. The 4680 square feet built-up area gives them plenty of room. It's very close to Manipal Hospital, nearby, which gives us peace of mind. Also, The Maurya School is nearby at the same distance, which is great for any visiting grandchildren. The connectivity to Old Delhi-Gurgaon Road is also good. The price of 4.5 Crore was within our budget for this kind of property. Being ready to move was essential, and AS Estate delivered on that.
