    Finally moved into my own place in Ansal C1 - Block. Being a single woman, safety and location were my top priorities. The fact that The Maurya School is right next door (0 KM) is amazing, although I don't have kids, it means the area is well-established and less likely to have sudden changes. It's also really convenient that Manipal Hospital is just as close. Getting to Dwarka Expressway takes about 15 minutes, which is pretty good for Gurgaon traffic. I got a 3 BHK builder floor, and it feels spacious enough for me. The main road access is decent, though sometimes the traffic on Rezang La Marg can get a bit heavy during peak houIt's a good investment for the future and feels secure.
