I bought a 2 BHK flat which is 757 square feet, perfect for me. It is ready to move, so I could settle in quickly. The price was about 38 Lakh, which was manageable. I really like the video door security and the 24/7 security they offer. The jogging track is also a nice feature for my morning runs. The only drawback is that the Banashankari Metro Station is almost 2 kilometeaway, so reaching it requires a short auto ride.
