We moved into Aryamitra Group Oak Tree about six months ago. The apartment size, a 968 square feet 3 BHK, is quite comfortable for us now. We particularly appreciate the dedicated Yoga and Meditation Area for my morning practice. The location in Naingi, West Hyderabad, is convenient for accessing basic necessities and also the Nehru Outer Ring Road for occasional trips. While the construction is solid, I do wish the car parking area was a little more spacious. It can be a bit tricky maneuvering larger vehicles. The community hall is also a nice touch for small gatherings. Overall, it’s a peaceful place to live in retirement.

The location is decent, with relatively easy access to the Nehru Outer Ring Road. I have been living here since it was completed in July 2013. The gymnasium is functional, and the community hall has been useful for family functions. The maintenance charges are reasonable. My only small issue is that the Vastu compliance, while appreciated, makes some room layouts a bit unconventional for placing furniture. It is a decent property.

We got a 3 BHK flat which is spacious enough for our family. The children’s play area is well-maintained and keeps the kids engaged. The 24x7 Security gives us peace of mind. We also like the jogging track for our evening walks. The apartment carpet area is 968 sq.ft. One thing we've noticed is that the dust from ongoing construction in nearby plots can be a bit much sometimes, but hopefully that will settle down. It’s a good residential project.

The fact that it was ready to move in July 2013 was very reassuring for a fit-time buyer like me. The location in Naingi is developing well, and it's close to essential places like Continental Hospitals. The Yoga / Meditation Area is something I look forward to using. The security is good with a dedicated cabin and 24x7 peonnel. The only downside I've noticed is that the parking spots are a bit tight, making it difficult to open car doofully. Otherwise, it's a good start.
