We bought a place in Aryaman Complex as it was ready to move. The completion was in December 2019, so it was good to get possession immediately. Location in Lonavala is nice, quite peaceful. The highway access is decent for weekend trips. We got closed car parking which is convenient. My only small issue is the storm water drains near the entrance sometimes get clogged after heavy rain. Overall, it's a decent property for the price we paid. Aryaman Creation Group seems to be a reliable developer based on this project.
