We purchased a 4 BHK builder floor here in Arun GGR Floor 23, covering about 2700 square feet. The main reason we chose this location in Sector 56, Sushant Lok Phase 2, was its proximity to Unicosmos School, which is literally a 2-minute walk away. Also, Marengo Asia Hospitals being nearby is a significant comfort for the family. The builder floor concept means less density, which we like. The amenities like 24x7 water supply and power backup are essential, especially with young kids. The only slight drawback is the traffic on Golf Coue Extension Road during school pick-up and drop-off times. The price for the 4 BHK is around 3.15 Cr, which was within our budget. Arun Gaur And CO has provided a decent living space.

The gated community aspect gives a good sense of security, and 24x7 security is a plus. Parking is closed car parking, which is good. Overall, the price point of around 2.3 Cr felt a bit high, but the quick possession was the main draw for us. Arun Gaur And CO seems to have delivered on time.
