We were renting in Gurgaon and finally decided to upgrade to our own 3 BHK in CGHS Priyadahini Apartment. The 1700 sq.ft built-up area is a significant improvement from our previous place. We love the idea of having a swimming pool and a dedicated cycling and jogging track right here. It's also reassuring to have 24x7 security and power backup. The location in Sector-56 is quite good, with Unicosmos School nearby, which is very convenient for our commute. The only downside we’ve noticed is that the water pressure can sometimes be a bit low during peak usage hou, but it’s manageable. The landscaping looks beautiful.
