We just bought our fit home in Arun GGR Floor 21. The 3 BHK builder floor is about 1620 square feet, which feels quite spacious for us. It is a ready to move property and we got possession in March 2024. The location in Sector 57, Gurgaon is convenient, close to Bharti International Convent School which is good for future planning. We liked the gated community aspect and the power backup facility. The price was around 2.5 Cr which fit our initial budget. Overall, the experience has been smooth so far. We are excited to start our new life here.

The area is developing, and it's close to the Southern Peripheral road. However, I found the construction dust around the site a bit botheome during my site visit.
