I purchased a 2 BHK flat in Arun Estancia Mini for my parents who are living in Chennai. The location in Potheri, near Guduvancheri, is easily accessible from GST Road. The project is ready to move in, with completion in May 2024. Arun Excello Homes Pvt Ltd seems reliable. The amenities include a temple and landscaping, which my parents will appreciate for a peaceful life. The carpet area for the 2 BHK is between 600 sq.ft to 929 sq.ft, offering enough room. My only concern is the distance to some of the larger hospitals like PREM SCANS, which is nearby. Otherwise, it seems like a good, quiet place for them.

We recently visited Arun Estancia Mini by Arun Excello Homes Pvt Ltd and were quite impressed. The location near Guduvancheri on GST Road is strategic. We are considering a 3 BHK flat, and the carpet area is generous, starting from 660 sq.ft. The project is ready to move in, and the completion date was May 2024. The amenities like the multipurpose room and landscaping add value. There is also a sewage treatment plant, which is good for the environment. One thing that could be improved is the signage for the project from the main GST Road; it could be more prominent. Otherwise, the project looks well-maintained and offegood value.

We got a 3 BHK with a carpet area of around 1100 sq.ft, which gives us plenty of space for our home office setup. The only drawback I've noticed is the traffic on GST Road during peak hou, which can be quite heavy. However, the internal roads are manageable.

The project is ready to move in, and completion was in May 2024, so we didn't have to wait too long. We are looking at a 2 BHK flat, and the carpet area starts from 600 sq.ft, which is decent for our needs. There is a gymnasium and a jogging track which my husband and I can use. The only thing is the dust from the nearby construction sites can be a bit much sometimes, but hopefully that will settle down. The developer, Arun Excello Homes Pvt Ltd, seems to have a good track record.
