The developer, Arun Develope, has provided basic amenities like lifts and 24x7 water supply which are important. The location in Pimpri Chinchwad, Ravet is developing. A potential downside is the distance to the PCMC Metro Station, which is over 7 kilometeaway, making public transport less convenient. Also, the carpet area for the 1 BHK is quite compact. However, for a fit-time buyer, it feels manageable.
