My husband and I were looking for a place in Coimbatore and found Arrugam Isha Garden Phase I. It’s located in Saravanampatty, which is a growing area. We liked that it's ready to move in. The 24x7 security and DG availability are essential for us as we both work long houThe internal roads and footpaths are well-maintained. The nearby Ruby Matric Higher Secondary School is a big plus, though we don't have kids yet. The only issue we've encountered is the water pressure sometimes drops on higher floo, especially during peak usage times. We are still evaluating if this is a temporary issue or something more permanent.

We finally moved into our plot at Arrugam Isha Garden Phase I last month. It's a gated community with internal roads and footpaths, which is nice for evening walks.
