It has enough space for our two children. The price point around 16.21 Lakh is reasonable for the size and location. The children's play area is a big hit with my kids. Being a gated community with 24/7 security gives us peace of mind. The internal roads are good and there's some landscaping. My only concern is the dust from the nearby highway construction, which can be quite noticeable sometimes. Overall, the ARK Group has delivered a functional living space.
