Sanskriti Developecompleted this project in May 2014. It's a ready to move property. The amenities like 24x7 CCTV surveillance and a temple within the community are a plus. However, the OC received status is not available, which is a slight concern for future resale value. The proximity to Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital is also a good sign for future appreciation.
