The project offe3 and 4 BHK configurations with built-up areas starting from 1529 sq.ft. Up to 2770 sq.ft. The price range is between 1.43 Crore and 2.6 Crore, which is substantial but acceptable for this area. I appreciated the comprehensive amenities provided, including a gymnasium, meditation area, and ample landscaping. The proximity to Huda Public School (3 KM) is a definite plus for families. The only drawback I noticed was the traffic congestion on Matheswartala Road during peak hou, which can be quite intense.

I bought a 3 BHK apartment at Arihant Viento a few yeaago. It's a ready-to-move property in Tangra, Kolkata. The built-up area is about 1529 square feet, which is quite comfortable for my wife and me. The price when I bought was in the lower range of 1.43 Crore. The location is interesting, close to China Town, and surprisingly quiet most of the time. They have a decent entrance lobby and good landscaping. The cycling and jogging track is something I use regularly. My only minor gripe is that the car parking slots are a bit cramped, making maneuvering difficult sometimes. Still, it's a solid property from Arihant Profin.
