The price was around 48 Lakhs, which was within our expected range, and the immediate possession was a huge plus. Being close to Nest Public School (a short distance) and KD Hospital was a major deciding factor for us. The accessibility to Vadaj Metro Station, about 3.5 kilometeaway, is also beneficial. One minor issue is the dust on the roads in the immediate vicinity due to ongoing small constructions, but we are managing. The size of the bedrooms is decent.
