The location in Paldi is quite central in Ahmedabad. I considered the 3 BHK configurations, which offer built-up areas between 865 and 1155 square feet. The 2 BHK flats are 634 square feet. Having amenities like a children's play area and 24x7 CCTV surveillance adds value. The earthquake-resistant RCC frame structure design is a thoughtful touch by Arham Realty. My only concern is that the immediate access road to the project could be better, as it's a bit narrow.
