We bought a 964 Sq.ft plot. The project has essential amenities like 24x7 water supply and solid waste management, which are important for maintenance. The internal roads and footpaths are developed. Being ready to move is a definite advantage. One minor issue is the traffic on the main roads nearby, especially during peak hou, which can be a bit of a hassle. Still, it’s a good location for us.
