We looked at the 2 BHK flats, which are 1280 square feet. The price, starting from 57 Lakhs, is manageable for us. The 24x7 water supply is a must-have, and the senior citizen siteout is a nice touch for visiting parents. The location near Ghuma BRTS is decent, though getting to Thaltej Metro Station takes a bit of time. We were slightly concerned about the construction dust from ongoing work nearby, but it seems manageable. We hope the maintenance charges are reasonable.
