Finding a villa that accommodated our growing family was challenging. ARG Rosewood Villa in Ghooghra has 4 BHK options with built-up areas up to 3792 square feet. This gives us plenty of room. It's also conveniently located near Janana Hospital Ajmer, just a short distance, and Sanskriti... The School is also very close. The price range is between 1.29 Crore and 2.2 Crore, which is quite a significant investment, but worth it for the space and location. Since it's ready to move, we could shift in immediately. The biggest drawback is the dust from the highway construction nearby, which is a bit of a nuisance.
