We were looking for something peaceful and Vardhman Enclave seemed to fit the bill. The project is ready to move, which was important for us as we didn't want to wait. We visited the site in Ghooghra and the location is quite serene. It's close to the Rashtriya Military School Ajmer, which is a landmark we know well. The 787 square feet carpet area for the 2 BHK is decent for two people. While the developer, Vardhman BuildeAnd Construction, has completed the project, we did notice some dust on the approach road. It's not a major issue but something to be aware of. Overall, it's a quiet place and seems like a good place to settle down after working life.

The Roadways Bus Stand is only a 9-minute drive away, which is convenient for visiting relatives. My only slight concern is the approach road; it can get a bit busy during school drop-off and pick-up times. But having essential services so close outweighs that.
