My parents are getting older, so having a hospital so close is very important for them. The flat size of 1350 sq.ft. Is adequate for two people. While the price of 43.2 Lakhs onwards seemed reasonable for the location and amenities like lifts and power backup, the lack of OC received is a slight concern. However, they seem to be managing daily life well there. I hope the maintenance charges are not too high.
