The location in Saravanampatty is convenient, close to the highway and not too far from the IT parks. We liked that it's a ready-to-move-in property, so we didn't have to wait. The swimming pool is a nice addition, and the kids play area is good for when friends visit. Security seems tight which is reassuring. The price was within our budget, around 45 Lakh. The only downside is the traffic on the main road during peak houcan be a bit much sometimes.
