The proximity to the highway is good for commuting. However, the dust from the ongoing development nearby can be a bit annoying at times, and they are still working on some internal roads.     Finally bought my fit property at Aram Lotus Garden. It is a ready to move villa in Saravanampatty. The plot area we selected is around 80 sq. Mt. Being a gated community with 24x7 security was a big factor for us. The location is also quite convenient, with the Coimbatore-Sathyamangalam Highway just 100 meteaway. Getting around is easy from here. We visited the site a couple of times and liked the overall feel. The Vastu compliant design was also important for my family. Construction looks solid and it was completed in 2019. We are just waiting for the interioto be finished before we move in. It feels good to finally own something.

    We were looking for something in Coimbatore and found Aram Lotus Garden. It's in Saravanampatty, which is a good developing area. The best part is Vivekam CBSE School and Dr. Muthus MultiSpeciality Hospital are right at nearby, which is amazing for us as we have a young child. We chose a plot of 95 sq. Mt. This is a gated community which gives us peace of mind. The 24x7 water supply is also a plus. My only minor concern is that the roads inside the community are a bit narrow, and sometimes traffic gets a little busy on the main highway nearby, especially during peak houOtherwise, it's a nice place to live.

    We selected Aram Lotus Garden primarily for our children's education and safety. The Vivekam CBSE School is literally next door, at nearby, and the hospital is also right there. This makes daily life so much easier. We purchased a plot of 75 sq. Mt. It's a gated community, which provides excellent security for the kids. The 24x7 security and 24x7 water supply are reliable. The project was completed in 2019, so it's ready to move into. The layout of the plots seems well-planned, and the storm water drains are a good feature. The only small issue is that the Coimbatore-Sathyamangalam Highway is very close, which is convenient for travel but can be a bit noisy sometimes.
