We finally bought our fit apartment at APS Capitals Pride. It is a 2 BHK with 760 square feet built up area. The price was around 35 Lakh, which fit our initial budget. APS GROUP OUP UP P seems reliable because they finished the project by December 2021. We visited the site and the construction looks solid. The location in Dwarka L Zone is still developing, so we hope property values will increase. The swimming pool and gymnasium are nice amenities for the residents. We are a bit worried about the traffic on the main road, especially during peak hou, but hopefully it will get better with time. Overall, it feels like a good start for us.
