We looked at a 2 BHK, the carpet area is around 530 square feet, which is a decent size for us. It's ready to move in, so we could shift pretty quickly. The location in Nana Mava is convenient, especially being close to K G Dholakiya School, which is less than a kilometer away. That was a big factor for us. The main concern is the traffic during peak hounear Nana Mava Chowk, which is close to here. It can get quite busy. Overall, we are happy with the purchase and the space we got.
