The 4 BHK configuration, built up to 2900 square feet, offemore than enough space for my family visits. Being on the 150 Ring Road is good for accessibility. However, I found the pricing a little steep, especially considering it's ready to move. The lack of readily available bank approvals was also a slight concern during my research. The Vraj Infrastructure Pvt Ltd project does have a grand double-heighted foyer which is impressive.
