The location is also very convenient with EM Bypass just zero kilometeaway, making commutes easier. We looked at the floor plans and the 3 BHK seems spacious enough for our growing family. Appex Construction seems to have a good reputation, and we are looking forward to the completion in May 2027. The amenities like the gated community and 24x7 security were also important factofor us. We hope the internal roads and footpaths are well done. The area seems to be developing well, which is a good sign for future appreciation.
