We were renting a small place and decided to upgrade. Appaswamy Cerus caught our eye. We were looking at the 3 BHK apartments, specifically the ones around 2727 square feet. The project is near Valasaravakkam on Arcot Road, a decent neighbourhood. The price for these larger 3 BHKs can go up to around 4.5 crore. We appreciate the inclusion of a gymnasium and a mini theatre within the complex. The 24x7 security is also a big relief. The only concern is the traffic on Arcot Road during peak hou, it can get quite bad. But the ready-to-move aspect and the overall construction quality seem good.

We finally bought our fit apartment here at Appaswamy Cerus. It's a 3 BHK measuring around 1709 square feet. The location in Virugambakkam, close to Valasaravakkam, seemed good for us. We liked the idea of a mini theatre and the gymnasium for when we have guests over. The price was around 3 crore, which was manageable for our fit big purchase. It's ready to move in, which was a huge plus as we didn't want to wait. Appaswamy Real Estate seems like a reputable developer. The nearby MGM Healthcare is also very convenient. We are excited to move in soon and start our new chapter.

We needed a spacious home for our growing family, so we considered the 5 BHK apartments at Appaswamy Cerus. They are quite large, from 3135 to 3270 square feet. The location is convenient, with Vadapalani Metro Station nearby and Nexus Vijaya Mall nearby. The developer, Appaswamy Real Estate, has included a good mix of amenities like a club house and a swimming pool, which the kids will love. However, the price for these larger units goes up to 6.05 crore, which is quite high. Also, the Velammal Vidyalaya school is nearby, which might be a bit of a commute for the children daily. We are still weighing our options.

The price was about 2.99 crore, which was within my budget. The ready-to-move status was appealing, and the completion date was May 2011. The amenities are quite impressive, especially the amphitheater, gymnasium, and the landscaping. Being near MGM Healthcare, which is just 300 meteaway, is a significant advantage for me. The developer, Appaswamy Real Estate, has provided good security and power backup, which are essential. The only minor issue I noticed was the limited parking space available if you have more than one vehicle.

The project is located near Arcot Road, which is a known area. While the OC received date is not available, the completion was in May 2011, so it has been around for a while. The IGBC Gold Pre-certified Green Building status is also a nice touch.
