    I recently moved into Concrete Sivagiri. I bought a 3 BHK flat measuring 1250 square feet for 1.05 Crore. Being a ready to move project completed in May 2016 by Concrete Solutions was very appealing as I wanted to settle in immediately. The location in Natesan Nagar, Virugambakkam is convenient enough for my work. Having a lift is a must for me. While the flat is spacious, I do find the surrounding roads a bit dusty sometimes, which is a common issue in developing areas. Also, the nearby distance to Arcot Road means I need to plan my trips there. However, the peace inside the building is good.

The only minor issue we've noticed is that the parking can get a bit tight if we have guests over. Otherwise, the flat has good ventilation, and the lift is always working.
