Being ready to move was also a key factor, as I wanted immediate possession. The inclusion of a swimming pool and indoor games provides good recreational options. I have reviewed the property documents and they seem in order. My only reservation is the age of the building, completed in 1998. While it appeawell-maintained, older constructions sometimes come with unexpected maintenance needs down the line, which I will need to factor into my long-term budget.
