We recently moved into Apex Pavillion Residency in Pimpri Chinchwad. It is a ready to move property, so we could shift immediately after booking. The 2 BHK flat is comfortable for our family. The price was around 52.99 Lakh, which felt reasonable considering the amenities. They have solid waste management and disposal systems, which is good for the environment. Also, rainwater harvesting is included. My only issue is the traffic getting out of Mahalunge during peak houcan be quite bad, making my commute to the office longer than expected. The carpet area is 437 square feet, which is adequate but not overly spacious. The builder Apex Developedelivered on time.

I bought a 2 BHK flat at Apex Pavillion Residency. Being a single woman, safety and convenience were my top priorities. The project offe24x7 water supply and community buildings which are useful. The price of 52.99 Lakh onwards was a bit steep for the 437 square feet carpet area, but it is ready to move and located in Pimpri Chinchwad, Mahalunge which is accessible. My biggest concern is the parking; the open and closed options seem quite congested, and I worry about finding a spot easily after late work houAlso, the dust from ongoing construction nearby can be an issue sometimes. I wish they had provided the OC details, but it is not available.

The Mahalunge, Pimpri Chinchwad location is decent, though I am still learning the best routes. It is close to PICT Model School, which is good if I plan to have kids soon. The 2 BHK flat size of 437 square feet carpet area is sufficient for now. The price at 52.99 Lakh onwards was acceptable for a ready property. I appreciate the closed car parking facility. The lack of OC availability is a slight worry, but since I am primarily focused on immediate living rather than investment, it is less critical for me. Water supply seems consistent.
