I picked up a 2.5 BHK unit here as an investment. The carpet area is between 1412 Sq.ft to 1432 Sq.ft, which is decent. It was completed in 2013 and is ready to move. The location in Vasundhara, Sector 9, Ghaziabad is developing, and proximity to the Delhi-Meerut Expressway (NH-24) is a definite plus for future rental potential. The price was at the higher end, around 1.89 Cr for the unit I got, but I expect appreciation. I am slightly concerned about the lack of readily available OC details, but the project seemed solid otherwise. It has a swimming pool and gymnasium which are good amenities.
