The location in Vasundhara, Sector 9, Ghaziabad is developing, and proximity to the Delhi-Meerut Expressway (NH-24) is a definite plus for future rental potential. The price was at the higher end, around 1.89 Cr for the unit I got, but I expect appreciation. I am slightly concerned about the lack of readily available OC details, but the project seemed solid otherwise. It has a swimming pool and gymnasium which are good amenities.
