Aparna Constructions has a good track record, and the project was completed back in May 2007. The built-up area for the 3 BHK is 1800 square feet, which is a decent size for renting out. The price point of 2.25 Crore onwards is a bit high, but the rental potential in this area is strong. It's ready to move in, which is convenient. We moved into Aparna Sarovar a few months ago. Being retired, I wanted a peaceful environment with good amenities. The landscaping and tree planting around the complex are lovely, very green. It's also Vastu compliant, which was important to my husband. The swimming pool and gymnasium are well-maintained, and I enjoy my morning walks.
