    I have been scouting for a good 3 BHK unit in West Hyderabad and decided to check out Aparna Moonstone. The layout for the 3 BHK flats is quite practical, with sizes starting from 2166 square feet up to 2493 square feet. Being a professional, I appreciate that they are including solid waste management and rain water harvesting systems within the premises. It shows that Aparna Constructions is thinking about long-term maintenance. The area around Gopanpally is developing fast, so I think this is a decent bet. The road connectivity to the main highway needs improvement though, as the current access roads are quite narrow and might get congested once all residents move in.

    We are currently living in a rented house and are tired of changing apartments every two yeaWe finally decided to upgrade to our own space at Aparna Moonstone. The nearby Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Rangareddy is a great landmark for us. We really like the idea of having utility shops inside the building so we do not have to run out for small things. The 3 BHK units are spacious, offering between 2166 and 2493 square feet of space. It is a big upgrade for our family. The only thing is that the water supply needs to be consistent, and we hope their 24x7 water supply promise is delivered as stated in the brochure.

We really liked that they have a dedicated yoga and meditation area which is essential for us. The project is currently under construction in Gopanpally and the pace seems okay. We looked at the 4 BHK flats which range from 2949 square feet to 3140 square feet. It is definitely large enough for our extended family to visit. My only concern is that since the project is only getting completed by December 2028, it is a long wait for us. We are taking our time to decide because the location is quiet but quite far from the main city traffic. Aparna Constructions has a decent reputation though.
