Decided to invest in Gopanpally because the area is seeing a lot of development lately. I booked a 3 BHK at E Crete Sidh Infra because the project by E Crete Building Solutions Private Limited seemed transparent. The unit size of 1970.01 Sq.ft is quite comfortable for my small family. The amenities like 24X7 water supply and the focus on electrification are good additions. Being located in Gopanpally village makes it a bit disconnected from the city center, but the road access to the Outer Ring Road compensates for that. The project is scheduled for completion in July 2027. I am a bit worried about the parking situation being crowded, but hopefully, the designated open and closed parking spots manage the load effectively. It is a decent project for long term holding.

The location in Gopanpally is nice because it is close to the Outer Ring Road which will help my commute once construction is done. Everything is still under construction right now, but the sales team was helpful in answering my questions about the timeline. I am looking forward to the handover in July 2027. Hopefully the surrounding roads get a bit better by then as they are quite dusty right now.
