We needed a spacious home for our growing family, and Anusha Begonia Homes offered 3 BHK configurations up to 3150 sq.ft. The proximity to Oakridge International School, nearby, was a major deciding factor for us. The project also has a children's play area and a jogging track, which are great for the kids. The Vastu compliant design was also something my husband insisted on. While the apartment sizes are good, the common areas could have been a bit more spacious. We are still waiting for the OC details, which is a bit concerning for a family purchase.

The built-up area for these starts from 1370 sq.ft and goes up significantly. The project's location near Manikonda is well-connected, with Shankarpalli-Hyderabad Road nearby. Rainwater harvesting is a good environmental feature they included. The 24x7 security adds peace of mind. My only real gripe is the distance to Raidurg Metro Station, which is over nearby. Despite that, the overall value proposition from Anusha Develope& Infrastrutures felt solid for a government employee's budget.

My main concern is the availability of OC, which was not provided, and I hope that doesn't cause issues later.
