I purchased this 3 BHK for my parents who are living in Hyderabad. Anuhar Woods seemed like a good option because it is ready to move in, so they didn't have to wait. The amenities like the children's play area and the club house will be nice for them when friends visit. I specifically liked that there is a visitor parking available. The size of the apartment is also quite spacious, around 1915 Sq.ft. My only concern is that Naingi can get a bit dusty sometimes due to ongoing construction in the broader area, but hopefully that settles down.
