    We were renting in Pune and decided it was finally time to buy our own place. Anshul Ela E Building in Pimpri Chinchwad looked promising. We looked at the 2 BHK flats, they have carpet areas starting from 434 Sq.ft up to 595 Sq.ft, which seems decent for us. The swimming pool and gymnasium are great amenities for staying active. It's still under construction, expected completion is October 2026. The location near Dehu-Alandi roads is convenient for us. Our only worry is the traffic on the main roads during peak hou, but that's common in Pune. Overall, we are hopeful this will be a good upgrade.
