They need to be close to Jupiter Hospital, which is conveniently located at nearby distance, and thankfully Anshul Group has included that in their nearby facilities list. The size of the 3 BHK flats, ranging from 934 to 1026 square feet carpet area, should be comfortable for them. We are looking forward to the amenities like the spa and the mini theatre for entertainment. The ongoing construction means it will take some time to finish, expected by April 2031, but we are patient. My only slight concern is the traffic on the main roads around Wakad, Pimpri Chinchwad, as it can get quite busy during peak houHopefully, the proposed metro will ease that.
