We booked a 2 BHK which is 415 sq.ft, a good size for us. It's ready to move in, which was a priority. The location in Moshi is accessible to the IT corrido, though the PCMC Metro Station is a bit of a distance away at nearly nearby. The price range of 26.95 L to 37.71 L felt fair for the features offered. We also liked the jogging track and the general landscaping. The parking is closed car parking which is good.
