    After a long career, I wanted a peaceful place to settle down. Ansal Valley View Estate offered a 5 BHK apartment, which is quite spacious at 3000 square feet. The dedicated senior zone and meditation area are very appealing. The landscaping and tree planting create a serene environment. While the Golf Coue Road is nearby, the immediate Gwal Pahari area is quieter. The price for such a large unit is substantial, upwards of 3 crore, but the amenities like the squash court and fire fighting system add value. The construction quality seems decent for its age, dating back to May 2000.
