Paras Quartier was my fit big purchase. I looked at a 4 BHK unit that was about 5000 Sq.ft. The apartment itself is very well designed with high ceilings and spacious balconies. I really liked the idea of a private lift lobby for each apartment; it felt very luxurious. The amenities are also great, including a clubhouse, gym, and a mini theatre which is fun. The price was at the higher end, around 9.52 Crore, but the project is ready to move. The main issue for me is the distance from the metro; Sector 54 Chowk is nearby, which is a bit inconvenient for daily commuting without a car. The developer, Paras Buildtech, seems to have a good track record.

We decided on Paras Quartier primarily for its proximity to Unicosmos School, which is literally nearby. That's a huge relief for us. The 4 BHK apartment is quite spacious, around 5000 Sq.ft, giving the kids enough room to play. The private lift lobby is a nice touch for privacy. We also liked the cycling and jogging track for our morning walks. The construction feels solid, and it's ready to move in which was important. The views of the Aravalli Valley are truly stunning from the iconic tower. My only slight concern is the travel time to South Delhi areas during peak hou, it can get a bit much. Overall, it's a good home for a family.

I purchased a 4 BHK here. The size is approximately 6000 Sq.ft, which is quite ample. The location in Gwal Pahari is developing, and it’s good that it’s ready to move in, completed in 2017. The price point of around 10 Crore felt reasonable for the space offered, especially with the amenities like a gymnasium, swimming pool, and 24x7 security. The 300-degree views from the tower are impressive. However, the access road from the main Gurgaon Faridabad Road could be better maintained; it’s a bit narrow and can get dusty. The nearby Dwarka Expressway and KMP Expressway are good for connectivity in the long run. It’s a decent investment, though not without its minor inconveniences.
